Who Am I?

My name is Jonathan Hsu. I am a life-long learner driven by solving problems through creativity and understanding of context. While my path has been non-traditional, my capacity for excellence and leadership has always followed. I thrive in environments where I can help others, have the autonomy to be creative, and am continually facing new challenges. My experiences have shaped who I am and differentiate me from the rest of the world.

Originally focused on training and onboarding. Responsibilities have matured to include account management and solutions engineering. Emphasis placed on deep discovery to identify the business needs of organizations.

IT 102 – Discrete Structures:  Adapted material for a culturally sensitive student-base, improved student learning with a process-oriented strategy and emphasis on critical thinking.
IT 207 – Applied IT Programming:  Redesigned course objectives and instructional materials, student-base primarily working professionals, maintained course schedule while providing patient individualized instruction when necessary.
